I was born in Seattle and raised in the surrounding areas. I know the weather, geography, neighborhoods, condominium projects, housing stock and location of every coffee house worth knowing about in the city. And I have opinions on all of it. Let me show you around, teach you about our neighborhoods and buy you a cappuccino.
Since 1989, I've helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in the Seattle area. Initially, I worked almost exclusively with first time buyers who wanted to break into Seattle's market. As the value of the homes I sold, not to mention the median age of my clients, increased their urge to sell and buy again has also increased. Many of my first time buyers are now second and third time buyers, and naturally sellers along the way.
I enjoy fixing up and preserving beautiful older homes. I'm on my fourth and have collected a fine list of contractors and handymen along the way. Seattle has a fine heritage of wood frame housing dating back more than 100 years. I often work with buyers and sellers who share my interest in older homes and want to try their hands at making an old home shine once again.
